Product Delivery Agreement

This Contract is between the Client, whose name and address is listed, and Joline Perez Photography.

This Contract establishes that all products have been delivered and accepted by the Client. Upon signing this Contract all sales are final. The Client agrees that all products and services have been delivered as outlined in the original photography services Contract.

If digital files are a part of the purchase, your purchase of the original files releases Joline Perez Photography from any liability due to loss or damage of the images, and also releases from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, image, or photograph.
